We want your experience at Mirabella to be as enjoyable as possible. Following these guidelines will help ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your service.

appointments
When receiving spa services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to be able to fill out any necessary paper work, and get settled in at the spa.  If arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment for any service at Mirabella we may need to shorten your service, or reschedule your appointment.

bookings
All services will require a credit card or gift certificate number to reserve an appointment.  All spa packages and multiple services will require a 50 percent deposit to reserve their appointment - this may be done with a credit card or gift certificate number.

cancellations
A six hour notice is required when needing to cancel an appointment.  For any multiple service bookings and spa packages a 48 hour notice is needed.  Failure to give proper notice for canceling an appointment may result in a fee of up to 50 percent of your total services scheduled.  If canceled appointments are able to be filled there will be no service fees charged.  Any missed appointment will be subject to a fee; the total cost of the service/services missed.

guarantees
We guarantee all of our haircuts within 72 hours, one week for colors, and two weeks for texture services, provided; our recommended professional hair care products (purchased here) are being used at home.  Regrettably we cannot guarantee a service if another establishment has altered our work.

gift certificates
Gift certificates are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.  Mirabella unfortunately is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Certificate must be present at time of service.

courtesy
Please be courteous to others in the spa and turn off all communication devices such as cell phones, pagers, PDA’s, etc.   Smoking is not permitted on the premises.  Any children under the age of twelve not receiving a service may not be permitted in the styling area or the spa.  They should be seated in the waiting area with adult supervision.

prices
Salon services and spa services do not include gratuities, however all package prices do include a 15% gratuity.   All prices are subject to change without notice.

returns
Per the state of New Hampshire, skin care and/or makeup products are not permitted to be returned once opened.  All other products may be returned for a refund if not opened. If you need to return an opened product, an exchange will be given for another product.
